Delivery Options

• Local delivery and installation in GTA and surrounding areas
• We offer in-home/in-office delivery and installation across the GTA and surrounding areas with our in-house safe technician team.
• Our team takes the utmost care and personalizes your delivery to accommodate exterior and interior stairs, preferred location and placement of your safe and bolt-down (recommended)
• Our safe technicians will also ensure you know how to properly use your safe and teach you how to change the combination if you choose an electronic lock option.

Drop Shipping- FedEx 1-5 Business Days (Products under 150lbs)

• If you choose drop shipping and your safe is under 150 lbs, it will be drop-shipped to your home or business door via FedEx during normal business hours
• 1-5 business days begins after the order has been processed and leaves our warehouse
• You will receive a tracking number and a signature is required for products over $200.00
• Note: Products ordered for drop shipping arrive at your door, no installation or delivery inside your home is available with this shipping option.

Drop Shipping- Curbside Delivery 1-6 Business Days (Products over 150 lbs)

• Any shipments over 150lbs. are delivered via FedEx Freight and their carriers
• The product(s) will be delivered on a pallet, curbside, where the driveway meets the street
• The pallet will not be removed and remains the responsibility of the purchaser to dispose of.
• The driver will not take it up the driveway or into the home or business.
• Note: no installation or delivery inside your home/business is available with this shipping option
• Remote areas and limited access locations require additional fees.

Safes Over 2,000 lbs.

• Safes over 2,000 lbs. will require a forklift or loading dock on-site to receive the safe if drop-shipping is the preferred method of delivery
